Muslim Women For is accepting submissions to our Community Blog. We’re looking for submissions that capture the current moment in time. As our communities face violence and oppression, we know that there are so many voices seeking to be heard.
What we’re looking for:
We will accept submissions of all kinds: poetry, narrative, short stories, letters, visual art, skits, etc. No AI-generated or edited content.
Submissions from people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. This includes but is not limited to Black, Indigenous, people of color, people with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals and religious or ethnic minorities.
Submissions with themes that would be interesting to Muslim Americans in North Carolina or the southern United States.
Submissions are welcome from those who have never been published before.
What you’ll get:
Payment based on market rate for all submissions
Your content posted on our blog indefinitely (Do not submit anything that is not allowed to be hosted on a website for free.)
Social media posts highlighting your contribution to our audience
There is no limit on the number of submissions that you can share but not all submissions will be accepted. We will reach out within 2 weeks if we decide to publish your post.
